$35 setup fee for all ads, ad size is limited to 468x60 (16Kbytes) or 120x240 (16Kbytes) or 120x60 pixels (8Kbytes) or 125x125 pixels (8Kbytes) or 120x120 pixels (8Kbytes). Animation can not exceed 25% of the graphic, and must stop after three cycles or approximately 10 seconds. Remember, the location of the ad also affects the cost of the ad.
